Implementation Specialist – Core Analytics, Risk

• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates
• Provide product and technical guidance on solutioning processes based on customer needs
• Create user workflow specifications and custom report specifications
• Establish priority and direction for technical integration staff on client requirements
• Develop comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to improve user experience and enable sales opportunities
• Communicate with sophisticated users using investment principles and their industry applications
• Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunities
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance Fact Set products
• Provide user training and support development of training programs
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support

• At least 2+ years of experience working with Fact Set’s Analytics tools
• Strong technical background
• Proven technical proficiency, particularly in writing complex screening codes
• Understanding of how clients use Fact Set Analytics and Performance Solutions products
• Willingness to travel
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred

Demonstrates expertise in Fact Set's Analytics tools and a strong technical background, with the ability to produce client-facing communications and provide product guidance. Capable of developing user workflows and training programs while identifying growth strategies based on client needs.
