GIS Technical Architect, Manager

• Lead the design and implementation of GIS architecture solutions using Esri Mapping Software
• Analyze client needs to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client objectives
• Coach and mentor team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
• Use analytical thinking to identify system interactions and linkages for improved integration
• Develop and deploy GIS applications for urban planning, environmental management, and transportation projects
• Encourage innovation and embrace change to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
• Engage in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement
• Address conflicts and facilitate difficult conversations with stakeholders
• Uphold the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements while delivering client services

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Preference for a Master's of Business Administration or PHD degree in specified fields of study
• Experience utilizing Esri Mapping Software and Geographic Information System (GIS) Applications
• Experience developing Geographic Information System (GIS) Architecture and Conversion strategies
• Experience embracing change and innovation in field service operations
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams to enhance performance and deliver quality
• Experience analyzing complex systems to identify linkages and interactions
• Experience leading projects with strategic planning and execution
• Up to 60% travel
