The organization is currently on the lookout for a Pre-Sales Engineering Leader to lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ Pre-Sales Engineers and Consultants, while providing indirect leadership across a broader 75-person technical organization. The ideal candidate will own day-to-day operations of the pre-sales engineering function, standardizing processes across solution development, technical validation, and RFP/RFI responses to improve win rates and consistency.

The role also involves driving performance management and coaching to build a high-accountability, high-performance culture.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ Pre-Sales Engineers/Consultant
• Provide indirect leadership across a broader 75-person technical organization
• Drive performance management, coaching, and career development

• Own day-to-day operations of the pre-sales engineering function

• 5+ years of people leadership within Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering
• Prior background as an individual contributor (hands-on SE/Architect)
• Experience with in a VAR, MSP, or Systems Integrator environment
• Strong exposure to enterprise technologies across:
  • Networking
  • Cloud
  • Automation
  • AI/Data (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and scale technical team
