E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Information Maneuver Instructor to join our team at Camp Pendelton, CA to support Intelligence and Security Services and Support (IS3). IS3 provides its strategic partners a full spectrum of services to support; intelligence and security training including exercise and deployment support, individual and collective training development and delivery, operations and security services including enterprise intelligence operations requiring multiple intelligence discipline expertise, engineering support to include technical insertion Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and prototype integration, life-cycle logistics for equipment readiness support, as well as ancillary IT products and services to increase the Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWF) readiness.

Position Overview:

The Senior Information Maneuver Instructor provides advanced instruction, facilitation, curriculum development, and subject matter expertise in support of the Marine Corps Information Maneuver School. The instructor prepares Marines to plan, integrate, execute, and assess operations in the information environment across MAGTF, Joint, and Coalition environments. The position supports classroom instruction, practical exercises, scenario and vignette development, student evaluation, curriculum maintenance, and Mobile Training Team instruction.

The instructor would be expected to maintain broad expertise across Information Operations, Information Warfare, OIE, EW, OPSEC, MILDEC, cyberspace operations, space operations, Civil Affairs/CMO, MISO, targeting, and COMMSTRAT, rather than being narrowly focused on a single information related capability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver formal instruction on Information Maneuver, OIE, IO/IW and associated information related capabilities.
• Teach Marines to characterize the information environment and integrate information activities and capabilities into MAGTF planning, execution, and assessment.
• Provide SME support in IO, IW, OIE, EW, OPSEC, MILDEC, MISO, cyberspace, space, CMO/CA, targeting and COMMSTRAT.
• Develop and maintain Programs of Instruction, Master Lesson Files, lesson plans, study guides, practical exercises, simulations, visual aids and other courseware.
• Develop realistic operational scenarios and vignettes supporting student application of Information Maneuver concepts.
• Develop examination questions and objective performance evaluation criteria.
• Evaluate student performance during classroom, planning, practical application and scenario based exercises.
• Incorporate current Marine Corps doctrine, T&R standards, operational lessons learned and emerging Information Maneuver concepts into instruction.
• Support MAGTF, Joint and Coalition staff training through resident instruction and Mobile Training Teams.
• Coordinate with Government instructors, curriculum developers, operational SMEs and other information related capability specialists.
• Support students in applying Information Maneuver within the Marine Corps Planning Process and MAGTF staff processes.
• Maintain current knowledge of Marine Corps and Joint IO/IW/OIE doctrine, policy, capabilities and emerging concepts.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant military or DoD experience, with significant experience in IO, OIE, Information Maneuver, Information Warfare, MAGTF operations or closely related information capabilities.
• Prior Marine Corps Information Operations, OIE, Information Maneuver, MAGTF staff, MEF Information Group, MCIOC or comparable Joint IO experience.
• Possess comprehensive practical knowledge in IO, EW, IW, OPSEC, MILDEC, CMO/CAO, cyberspace and space operations, with operational deployment experience highly preferred
