The Business Marketing Technology team designs and operates the technologies that let business marketers execute campaigns at scale, partnering across Marketing, Legal, Privacy, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations. This is a 3-month (Q4) coverage engagement supporting the legal and privacy approval workstream that gates business marketing platform and data‑integration launches. The contractor will drive delivery of multiple legal and privacy approvals in parallel on compressed timelines, collaborating across Legal, Privacy, business, and technical teams to scope each assessment, collect the required evidence, and move it through review to approval.

They will serve as the single accountable coordination point for this workstream: communicating status across teams, escalating blockers to leadership, convening technical partners for the consultations needed to close open gaps, and tracking process inefficiencies with recommendations for improvement. The role is delivery-focused and operates within established review frameworks; ownership of the underlying legal and privacy frameworks remains with those teams.

• Drive multiple legal and privacy risk assessments to approval in parallel against fixed launch dates, including prioritization of which items are true launch blockers
• Scope each assessment with Legal and Privacy partners, and re‑scope when needed to protect critical‑path timelines
• Gather, validate, and submit required evidence and documentation, working with engineering and data partners to produce what reviewers need
• Coordinate contract and third‑party agreement documentation as inputs to review, working with contract and vendor‑management owners
• Manage assessment intake, review, and remediation cycles end to end, keeping each item moving and following up on pending review items
• Publish recurring status updates for leadership with clear status, owner, next step, and timeline risk for every open workstream
• Escalate blockers and timeline risk to leadership early, with a recommended path forward
• Convene technical teams and subject‑matter experts for the discussions and consultations needed to close open requirement gaps
• Navigate the organization to identify the right SMEs, reviewers, and process owners for each requirement, and re‑establish coverage when ownership changes
• Track process inefficiencies, tooling friction, and permission gaps; document them and propose operational improvements
• Maintain clear documentation of approval scope, coverage, and decisions so future launches can reuse prior approvals

Pay range is $64- $69 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more.
