Support providers with ZShop software and Interface Man live

Chat feature on Zsuite portal and answer questions related to setting up store and maintain Store. Communicate with physicians, office staff and other clients clearly and professionally. Provide technical support to customers on the provider and patient portal and generate personalized reports. Complete all required documentation legibly and within the assigned timeframe. Maintain complete and accurate records of verbal communication with physician offices.

Work closely with the Sales Team to provide any assistance and supply that they or the clients might request in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain strictest confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/requlations.

• Resolve client issues and perform duties as required to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of verbal communication with physicians’ offices.

• Maintain strictest confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/requlations.

• Knowledge in setting up Docker, Kubernetes, Git Hub.
• Solid Linux system administration, troubleshooting and performance analysis skills.
• Experience managing highly available, customer-facing environments on self-hosted cloud.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and a collaborative approach. This is a team-player role.
• Demonstrable experience in scripting languages like Bash.
• Experience in automation tools like Jenkins and experience in writing Jenkins File.
• Deep understanding of at least one open-source distributed systems (Kafka, Redis, etc).
• Experience:
  
  CI/CD: 1 year (Preferred);
  Dev Ops: 1 year (Preferred).

• High level scripting language like Ruby, Python etc.
• Knowledge of web-based development lifecycle, and related technology stack (Node Js, npm, Java/Spring etc.).
• RHEL, Ubuntu experience.
• Node Js, Java, Sentry experience.
