• Investigate and adjust workers' compensation claims with high potential exposure
• Analyze coverage, determine compensability, and calculate benefits
• Establish reserves and negotiate settlements for claims
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with claimants and insured parties
• Prepare large loss reports for both internal and external audiences

• Minimum of 10 years of Louisiana workers' compensation claims adjusting experience with high exposure claims
• Active Louisiana workers' compensation adjuster's license
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must reside in Louisiana
• Experience with high exposure Mississippi workers’ compensation claims is preferred

• Industry designations such as Associate in Claims
• Additional claims adjusting experience in the property and casualty insurance sector
