The Wagner Insurance Agency—Farmers Insurance is seeking a Policy Renewal Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients during the renewal process, ensuring policies remain current, comprehensive, and aligned with clients' evolving needs. By combining technical insurance knowledge with proactive client service, this specialist will help maximize retention, identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate Property & Casualty and Life Insurance solutions, and strengthen long-term client relationships while supporting the agency's growth and profitability.

Cross-selling and new business binding provide opportunities for additional monthly compensation. As this position is less than forty hours per week, a schedule can be negotiated at the time of new-hire (i.e., 8:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday).

Working between 20 and 30 hours per week, depending on overall workload and demand, at our physical office location in Lake Ozark, the Policy Renewal Specialist will proactively and responsively serve clients by phone, email, text (through our agency management system), and in person. This role includes meeting with clients to discuss their renewal needs, actively reaching out to ensure renewals are completed accurately and on time, confirming that coverages continue to align with clients' current needs, and delivering a customer service experience that consistently exceeds expectations.

As part of a high-functioning, positive, team-oriented environment, this position also requires a willingness to assist with additional responsibilities, including helping manage overflow phone traffic and supporting fellow team members as needed.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional punctuality, dependability, and professionalism in all aspects of the position. Clear, timely, and respectful communication with clients, coworkers, and insurance carriers is essential, whether by phone, email, text, or in person. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and a solutions-oriented mindset.
