Auto Damage Adjuster – Field

• Inspect and assess auto damage in the assigned territory
• Handle and settle claims promptly and accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge
• Perform remote, field, or in-office work as required by the position
• Communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders verbally and in writing
• Make decisions and maintain attention to detail while multitasking

• Minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience
• Demonstrated track record of success delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to promptly and accurately settle claims
• Ability to handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
• Willingness to be flexible with primary work location; position may require remote, field, or in-office work
• Solid computer skills

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
