Republic Indemnity is hiring a Loss Control Consultant to service accounts in the greater Los Angeles area.

Essential Job functions and Responsibilities Collaborate with and train insureds to reduce claim frequency and injury severity

Identify key workplace safety exposures and recommend appropriate corrective actions

Deliver effective presentations and customer service to prospective and existing insureds

Communicate clearly with insureds, producers, and underwriting, both verbally and in writing

Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is preferred.
3 or more years of experience in workers’ compensation safety.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, judgement, decision-making, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.

English & Spanish skills are a strong plus.

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required.

Ability to drive within the assigned territory on a weekly basis.
