• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 3-5 years of Missouri Workers' Compensation Claims Adjusting experience
• Experience managing Lost Time Workers' Compensation claims
• Strong claims investigation, documentation, and case management skills

• Investigate and manage complex Workers' Compensation claims from start to resolution
• Analyze claim exposure and develop strategic action plans
• Establish and maintain accurate claim reserves
• Process benefits, payments, claim adjustments, and settlements within authority limits
• Prepare and submit required state filings within statutory deadlines
• Coordinate medical, legal, investigative, and other vendor services as needed
• Manage recovery opportunities including subrogation and applicable offsets
• Communicate claim status and updates with employees, stakeholders, and vendors
• Ensure accurate documentation, coding, and compliance throughout the life of each claim
• Support cost-containment initiatives while maintaining exceptional customer service
