Brokerage Auditing Analyst - Healthcare

Position Purpose

Within the Ambetter Marketplace Brokerage team, you will monitor and investigate broker data for compliance, drive remediation of variances, and generate responses for multiple audits.

This is a fully remote role. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.

Creating, analyzing and monitor broker compliance data for the Marketplace Broker Oversight team. Managing broker’s audits, conducting audits and monitoring brokers for next action. Creating dashboards, Smartsheet, and reports to monitor broker’s compliance. Communicating with brokers regarding requests for audit information and follow up. Ability to work with large data sets, high proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and creating PowerPoint presentations.

Directs, monitors and/or contributes to special projects and other planning initiatives that are highly complex and involve complaint oversight. Deliver education to brokers regarding audit findings.

Critical thinking skills. Ability to meet weekly/monthly audit completion targets Highly Proficient in Excel and Power Point. Ability to create complex Excel reports. Experience in working with broker’s, sales, and insurance background. Investigative experience preferred. Ability to deliver broker audit findings to brokers in 1x1 education setting.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of public health policy, regulatory or audit experience, preferably in a managed care or insurance industry.

$56,200.00 - $ per year
