• Learn the lifecycle of a Workers Compensation claim and the governing codes and laws
• Ensure timely and accurate benefit provision, according to claims management, corporate policies & procedures and DWC laws and regulations
• Proactively and independently, manage, finalize and control (adjust) an inventory
• Collaborate with a team of claims professionals and other stakeholders
• Serve as a resource to other team members and/or other internal staff
• Ensure delivery of a high-quality claims product as demonstrated by successful execution of job duties

Selected candidate(s) hired may be required to attend in-person Onboarding at our Vacaville office with expenses for attendance paid by State Fund.

Candidates must reside in California to be eligible for this appointment. This is currently a Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm position.

Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract.
