Location: California
Downtown Boulder Partnership is seeking a Fraud Hotline Analyst to play a critical role in protecting EDD’s programs by investigating fraud allegations. This role requires strong analytical skills, time-management, and the ability to translate Spanish documents.
Key responsibilities include screening allegations, conducting analyses of sensitive data, and maintaining statistical records. Prior experience in a call center is desirable but not mandatory. Applicants must also pass a language fluency test if fluency in Spanish is not documented.
