We are currently looking for a Learning Specialist III to join our team.

What You’ll Do:
  • Spend dedicated time within our Operations department to learn core processes firsthand.
  • Assist training in all key areas of the business, including Operations and non‑operations.
  • Deliver training to new workers, agency temps, and existing employees across the organization.
  • Support onboarding by conducting Collectors Orientation and site‑specific "Day 2" onboarding for new employees and agency temps.
  • Promote a "Safety First" culture by delivering training content for safety and compliance.
  • Communicate and collaborate with personnel from all departments, divisions, and leadership levels.
  • Identify, enhance, facilitate, and conduct training needs with guidance from Learning Leadership.
  • Improve policies, procedures, and processes in line with Collectors values, especially in seeking feedback early and often.
Who You Are:
  • B.S. or B.A. preferred; 1-2 years of experience in a training environment preferred.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Committed to onboarding as a critical business function and available for a Monday‑Friday on‑site schedule.
  • Able to transition between classroom environments and the Operations floor to learn technical processes.
  • Effective presenter of information in one‑on‑one and group settings to all levels of the organization.
  • Reliable attendance and flexible to altering and/or changing shifts.
  • Strong computer skills (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Slides, etc.).
  • Proven experience training others and designing training events in a corporate setting, including technical writing skills.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on‑the‑job or in‑classroom training, e‑learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).
  • Strong planning, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, good interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and time management.
Physical Requirements:
  • Computer use: typing, mouse work, and sitting while looking at a computer for extended periods.
  • Hand use: regular hand use for various tasks.
  • Hearing: ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
  • Lifting and carrying: ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Phone answering: talking on the phone and texting may be required.
  • Sitting or standing: ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Hourly Range:

The hourly range for this position is $21.50‑$23.50, based on location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
