Lawyer

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our rapidly growing and innovative law firm. You will primarily be dealing with major car manufacturers, where you will be litigating lemon law claims. Previous experience as a plaintiff's attorney, ideally in lemon law, product liability or consumer law is a big plus.

Active membership in the CA State Bar, in good standing, is required.

• Draft motions
• Court appearances
• Vehicle inspections
• Negotiate settlements
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and respond to discovery
• Assess case value and strategy
• Maximize client recovery

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a plaintiff's attorney
• Ability to handle an aggressive caseload
• Thorough and detailed organization skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and defense counsel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
