Plaintiff PI Paralegal

• Assist in managing a caseload of high‑quality personal injury matters
• Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Gather, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documents
• Draft correspondence, demands, and case summaries
• Maintain accurate case notes, timelines, and follow‑ups
• Support attorneys with case preparation, negotiation, and settlement tasks
• Uphold the firm's values of professionalism, compassion, and excellence
