What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is:
- Passionate about personal injury work and motivated by helping clients
- Professional

, patient, and able to support clients during difficult times - Comfortable managing a smaller caseload with high expectations for quality
- Experienced in personal injury
- Assist in managing a caseload of high‑quality personal injury matters
- Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Gather, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documents
- Draft correspondence, demands, and case summaries
- Maintain accurate case notes, timelines, and follow‑ups
- Support attorneys with case preparation, negotiation, and settlement tasks
- Uphold the firm's values of professionalism, compassion, and excellence
