Attorney - Los Angeles

Position Overview

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., a multi‑office national law firm, is seeking experienced Attorneys to join our Los Angeles/Glendale Office. We practice General Liability, Commercial Litigation, Construction Defect, Labor Law, Auto Litigation, and Property Litigation.

• Provide client communication and advice on litigation risks, outcomes, legal rights, and obligations.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for case presentations.
• Draft legal reviews and analysis and advise on issues within the practiced area of law.
• Prepare and attend mediations and hearings as required.
• Engage in client interaction and problem resolution related to case hearings.
• Integrate best practices and standards in handling clients and their cases.
• Prepare discovery for opposing parties and respond to discovery from opposing parties.
• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Meet designated minimum billable time (hours/receivables).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience in Construction Defect, General Liability, Labor Law, Commercial Litigation, Property Liability, Auto, and litigation.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited university.
• Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing with the State of California bar and able to be admitted in all Federal District Courts in California, if not already admitted.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate, high‑quality work.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Westlaw, and time‑billing software.

Salary Range: $135,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience.
