Paralegal – Plaintiff-Side Employment or Personal Injury Litigation (Urgent Need)

Several highly regarded plaintiff-side law firms are seeking experienced Paralegals to support employment or personal injury matters (roles open in both departments). This role is open to candidates with plaintiff or defense-side litigation experience
, including those looking to transition to plaintiff-side work.

This position offers hands-on involvement in complex employment or personal injury litigation from start to finish. You’ll work closely with attorneys, manage active cases, and play a meaningful role across all phases of litigation. Ideal for paralegals who want real responsibility—not admin-heavy work.

• Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation documents
• Manage case files, deadlines, and court calendars
• Assist with discovery, including document review, productions, and summaries
• Support depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement conferences
• Conduct legal and factual research as directed
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
• Provide trial and hearing support as needed

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent litigation experience
• 3+ years of employment or personal injury experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with e-filing and litigation support tools
• Must be based in CA

• $80,000–$120,000 base salary
