The Senior Labor & Employment Attorney will be responsible for overseeing employment litigation matters, managing cases related to workplace disputes, and providing expert legal advice. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, drafting motions, and representing clients in legal proceedings related to labor and employment law. This is a full-time, remote role that requires managing cases independently while working collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys.
Qualifications- Demonstrated expertise in Labor and Employment Law, including handling workplace disputes and advising clients on related matters
- Extensive experience in Employment Litigation, including managing cases and representing clients in legal proceedings
- Proficiency in conducting thorough legal Research and analysis to support case strategy
- Strong skills in writing and filing Motions, as well as other legal documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Track record of successfully handling complex legal cases, including high-value claims
- NY Bar license and CA Bar license is a plus
