Location: California

Adams and Martin Group is seeking a highly detail‑oriented Legal Writing Clerk to join our clients landlord‑tenant intake team in our Downtown Los Angeles office. This role supports attorneys by drafting professional and accurate legal correspondence, including notices and letters to tenants regarding lease violations. The ideal candidate brings strong writing abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the professionalism required to communicate effectively with both clients and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities &

Qualifications:
  • Draft legal notices, letters, and stipulations related to unlawful detainer matters.
  • Review residential leases and client‑provided materials to identify lease breaches.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information necessary for preparing legal documents.
  • Assist with case intake, data entry, and status updates to clients.
  • Demonstrate strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Provide writing samples and maintain a typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
  • Preferred: prior law firm experience, legal drafting or research experience, and familiarity with Pro Law.
