Salary Range: $150,000 – $165,000 annually
Experience
Required:
Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
A leading firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Southern California-based Litigation practice. This role focuses exclusively on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. While warranty experience is not required, candidates must bring solid litigation fundamentals and courtroom exposure.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare cases for trial and arbitration
- Draft and argue motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations
- Collaborate with litigation teams on case strategy
- Deliver high-quality legal research and written work
- Active California Bar license
- 2+ years of litigation experience
Experience with :- Motion practice
- Depositions
- Mediation
- Trial or arbitration preparation
- Strong advocacy, legal research, and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid academic credentials
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 annually
