The firm’s Virtual Office is composed of experienced attorneys who work remotely and focus exclusively on employment law matters, free from many of the additional responsibilities common in traditional firm structures. Many Virtual Office attorneys previously served as partners, senior associates, or held senior in‑house roles and now prefer a position that allows them to concentrate on legal practice with no business development expectations, fewer administrative responsibilities, and little to no business travel

The Virtual Office is fully integrated into the firm and operates with a strong team‑based culture, including collaborative attorney groupings and regular team calls. Attorneys have full access to firm technology, systems, innovation tools, and other resources, supported by leadership teams, administrative professionals, and litigation paralegals.

Successful candidates will become integral members of client teams handling a wide range of labor and employment matters, including:

• Administrative charges
• Attorney demand letters
• EPLI claims
• Single‑plaintiff litigation
• Class, collective, and PAGA actions

• Counsel positions are intended for candidates located in California.
• Special Counsel positions is a fully remote outside California, provided the candidate is admitted to the California Bar.
• All positions are remote.

• Experience in labor and employment law is required
• Active admission to the California Bar
• JD from an ABA‑accredited law school
