Ideal candidates will have a proven record of representing clients before the Workers Compensation Appeals Board, including strong litigation, oral and written skills.

Management will give strong consideration to those with proven ability to bill a minimum of 180 hours per month , balance a case-load of 60 files, and be able to work remotely.
A good standing with the California Bar Association is required for all applicants.
