Location: California

SR Holguin, PC, a Los Angeles-based union-side labor law firm, is actively seeking an Associate Attorney.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to the labor movement and a desire to be part of a high-quality, aggressive, and innovative practice that represents progressive labor unions. Responsibilities include litigating in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. The candidate should have excellent research and writing skills and a strong academic record.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing labor or employment law.

Experience or interest in litigation is a plus.

Compensation

The salary range for an Associate Attorney with at least three (3) years of experience is $105,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus generous benefits.
