Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment consultancy partnering with a reputable law firm that represents leading automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in complex warranty defense matters across California. The team is growing and looking for an experienced trial attorney who thrives in high-stakes litigation and courtroom advocacy.

Role: Litigation Attorney (Warranty Defense)

Location: Remote | Must be local to California

Compensation: $170K – $200K + Annual Discretionary Bonus

YOE - 5+ years of litigation experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney with significant courtroom exposure
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California
• Proven experience handling trials, arbitrations, and complex litigation matters
• Manage warranty and consumer litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Lead trial strategy, including motions, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Conduct opening statements, closing arguments, and witness examinations
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and manage discovery processes
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective defense strategies
• Advanced legal research and persuasive writing
• Strong negotiation and litigation strategy development
