Your ImpactWorking closely with your designated attorney, you will manage cases from inception through settlement or trial. Your day-to-day will include:
Drafting & Discovery: Preparing complaints, propounding discovery, and building out discovery shells.
Case Management: Ordering medical records and maintaining meticulous calendar management.
Litigation Support: Scheduling depositions and handling state-level e-filing.
Trial Prep: Assisting with trial briefs and exhibits (experience in this area is a valued plus).
QualificationsExperience: Proven background in Plaintiff Civil Litigation is required.
Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with California state and local civil procedures, court rules, and filing deadlines.
Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy calendar and meet strict deadlines.

While not required, being bilingual in any second language is a significant plus.
Competitive Base Salary ($80k–$90k DOE).
