We are seeking a skilled Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to join our team.

This role offers flexibility (
remote or hybrid
), but candidates must be based in California and licensed to practice in CA
.

Responsibilities:

• Defend employers, insurers, and TPAs in workers’ compensation cases.
• Handle cases from inception through trial, including hearings, depositions, and appeals.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and client reports.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain strong client communication.
• Manage a full caseload independently while collaborating with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; an active California Bar license is required
  .
• 1+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience preferred.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
