• 3+ years of experience in patent litigation, including district court and/or International Trade Commission (ITC) matters.
• Preferred technology background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team‑oriented environment.
• Professionalism in client interactions.
• Admission to practice law in California.

• Handle various aspects of patent litigation, including preparation, discovery, and motions practice.
• Conduct Markman hearings, technical analysis of products and patents, and collaborate with experts.
• Defend and conduct depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation‑related documents.
• Collaborate with a talented team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
