Our client is a high-performing employment law firm in California and is seeking an experienced plaintiff-side employment attorney to join our growing team.

• Handle plaintiff-side employment law matters from intake through resolution.
• Assist in building and developing an intake team and process.
• Develop a prelitigation strategy with the managing partner
• Handle cases involving wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, Single Plaintiff, Class Action, and Sexual Harassment.
• Develop, lead, and conduct litigation strategy, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop systems, workflows, and department structure

• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Minimum 2 years of experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation
• Deep knowledge of California labor laws and employment litigation procedures
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in launching and growing a new department
• Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $200,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
