Habitability Attorney

Messner Reeves LLP, a full-service, business law firm, with 10 offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Habitability Attorney.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can handle multiple competing priorities, this position is for you.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Three to five years’ experience in litigation.
• Significant litigation experience in areas of residential and commercial landlord-tenant habitability, and premises liability.
• Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, and depositions.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
• The ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized & have impeccable communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Candidate should be pro-active to handle necessary tasks.
• Licensed to Practice Law in California State.
• Located in California
