Are you a freelance lawyer, paralegal, legal consultant, or other legal professional who wants to apply your expertise in a new way?

We’re looking for experienced legal professionals to help improve advanced AI systems.

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

• Review and refine AI-generated legal answers
• Evaluate AI responses for legal accuracy, clarity, and nuance
• Create prompts based on real-world legal scenarios
• Help improve how AI understands and applies legal concepts

You will assess and improve answers generated by AI systems to ensure they are legally sound and well-reasoned.

This is not traditional consulting. Instead of advising a client, you’ll help improve the quality of AI systems used by millions of people.

Your input directly improves how AI performs on legal topics.

• A freelance / self-employed lawyer, paralegal, legal advisor, or legal consultant
• Qualified and experienced in your legal field
• Comfortable analyzing complex legal reasoning
• Based in the EU or UK
• Available 8–20 hours per week
• Able to start in the coming weeks

This role is fully remote and flexible.

It works well alongside your existing client work.

• A 10-minute written evaluation
