Family Law Attorney

A well-established and growing Family Law Firm in Chesterfield is seeking a Family Law Associate (2–5 years experience) who wants to build a long-term career in a high-quality, supportive environment.

This role has a strong bonus structure on a weekly basis.

Approximately 20 hours per week. The firm prioritizes quality work over grinding volume.

You’ll handle a variety of family law matters primarily in St. Louis County and St. Charles County
, including:

• Divorce and custody matters
• Child support
• Modifications
• Related family law litigation

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has 2–5 years of Missouri family law experience
• Is licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar
• Is confident in court and comfortable managing cases
• Wants autonomy, mentorship, and long-term growth
• Fully on-site (5 days/week) in Chesterfield
• Potential hybrid flexibility after 6 months
• 2 personal days
• Sustainable, realistic workload expectations
