Overview: A well-established Springfield, MO firm is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with approximately 2-7 years of experience to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about helping clients navigate some of life's most challenging situations while developing their skills within a supportive and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload involving divorce, custody, child support, and related family law matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct hearings, mediations, and client consultations.
• Maintain strong client communication and deliver compassionate, results-oriented representation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and strategy development.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri state bar.
• 2-7 years of experience in family law (litigation experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and advocacy skills.
• Strong client service mindset and ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
