Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Case Manager located in Los Angeles County, CA, specifically in our Valley office. The Case Manager will work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure all case‑related documentation is accurate and well‑organized. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing case information, managing case files, maintaining communication with clients, coordinating with healthcare providers and insurers, and assisting with filing legal documentation within set deadlines.
The Case Manager will also play a key role in managing various aspects of case progress and collaborating with the legal team to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
- Strong organizational and file management skills, with attention to detail
- Knowledge in personal injury law or legal processes; prior experience in case management or a legal setting is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication and client management skills
- Proficiency in relevant legal and case management software
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work under deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
- A team‑oriented approach with problem‑solving and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in working with medical records or medical terminology is an added advantage
