Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a dynamic trial team working on a complex, high‑visibility matter. The ideal Litigation Paralegal will play a central role in trial preparation, briefing support, exhibit organization, and trial presentation management. This position requires strong technical abilities, excellent organization, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast‑paced environment—especially if the case proceeds to trial.
The successful Litigation Paralegal will be a proactive problem‑solver with exceptional attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary Litigation Paralegal supporting three attorneys and two client representatives, including organizing and assembling all trial exhibits.
- Lead briefing support by formatting, cite‑checking, and embedding hyperlinks into the online record, converting all citations into active links.
- Manage comprehensive trial preparation, including trial binders, timelines, presentations, and coordination of all trial presentation materials.
- Utilize strong technical proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Adobe or Nitro to develop, edit, and manage trial‑related documentation and presentations.
- Operate trial presentation software (OnCue preferred, but other platforms acceptable), supporting smooth execution of remote Zoom webinar trial proceedings.
