In this role, you will support supply chain projects and coordinate activities across different teams and functions within the organization. You will play a key role in supporting program operations while contributing to broader supply chain initiatives with a focus on systems, process improvement, and collaboration.
WhatYou'll Do
- Assist with facilitating communication between program teams, Global Supply Chain (GSC) operations and Procurement, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Support team efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing enhancements to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Help build and maintain relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) suppliers by supporting day‑to‑day communications and tasks.
- Manage supplier performance metrics and promptly report any risks or concerns to senior members for escalation.
- Assist in tracking and documenting supplier quality issues, such as defective parts or delivery delays, ensuring accurate information for resolution.
- Help coordinate the resolution process for defects by supporting efforts from internal teams and suppliers and assisting with corrective action documentation.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation by performing data entry tasks and contributing to internal performance dashboards or reports.
- Participate in internal daily and escalation meetings by taking notes, documenting follow‑up action items, and assisting with meeting preparation tasks.
- Support the procurement process by assisting with purchase requests and ensuring compliance with procurement system standards under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams to identify and execute opportunities for bulk purchasing strategies aimed at leveraging volume discounts.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or project management
- Experience owning process improvement initiatives within supply chain
- Experience facilitating collaboration between cross‑functional teams and external suppliers
- Experience creating reports, maintaining dashboards, and preparing presentations
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of concepts like supplier performance, quality management, and risk mitigation
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience using JIRA or other project management tools
- 2+ years of experience using Infor Source‑to‑Pay or Costpoint Manufacturing
Salary range: $77,600–$176,000 annually (USD).
