Shift Leader – Noah’s New York Bagels

We are looking for a Shift Leader to work at our Lafayette location (3518 Mt Diablo Blvd). The Shift Leader collaborates directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, coach staff, and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision and maintain a safe, clean environment while ensuring high quality of food and beverages.

• Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Motivate the team to maintain a positive tone and high morale.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Help manage daily operations, including inventory and service quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Assist with shift scheduling and ordering when applicable.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Flexible to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check in accordance with local, state, and federal law.
• Must obtain a Serv Safe certification before completing leadership training.
• Valid, state‑issued driver’s license preferred; driver’s license required at certain locations.
• Eligibility for cash and credit card tips as allowed by state regulations.

Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. Pay ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such a position.

Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. These requirements may be accommodated reasonably.
