Help
Perform a variety of supply duties relating to the requisition, receipt, storage, issue, replenishment, inventory, and control of supplies standard medical and non-medical (stocked and non-stocked) items.
Forecast and maintain stock levels and supply flow according to usage rates, delivery time, current demand, items on hand, and cost based on quantities ordered.
Use automated computer supply system software and manual procedures to perform daily dental supply ordering transactions to include Prime Vendor supplies and to order office supplies.
Maintain a current list of all standard and nonstandard supply items.
Coordinate with installation maintenance and property management personnel for proper procedures and disposition.
Operate office automation equipment and computer terminals to input and retrieve data.
Type various documents such as justification for priority order items that include memorandums, letters, forms, and other materials.
