Position

Summary

Work the AM shift schedule of Monday – Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, onsite at the Santa Ana, CA headquarters. The Workplace Operations Associate will assist the company in maintaining an organized, functional, and secure warehouse and building.

Who You Are
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, problem solver, flexible, and able to prioritize.
  • General knowledge of facilities maintenance.
  • Able to assemble furniture and set up and tear down events.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Basic computer skills and comfortable using Google products (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Sites).
  • Knowledge of Jira is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC is a plus.
What You’ll Do
  • Assist staff to perform general building maintenance and custodial tasks.
  • Coordinate and escort outside services and vendors to complete onsite repairs, maintenance, and janitorial tasks.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing facility‑related projects and repairs.
  • Move boxes, pallets, equipment, and other items as needed.
  • Assemble, install, and move furniture, including storage racks.
  • Respond to tickets and requests from other departments.
  • Identify safety risks such as spills and tripping hazards.
  • Perform special job assignments outside the normal work scope.
Physical Requirements
  • Bending and twisting: neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.
  • Computer use: typing, mouse work, and extended periods of looking at a computer.
  • Exposure to machinery: noise from forklifts, presses, or other machinery.
  • Hand use: power gripping with tools requiring significant force, such as hammer drills and torque wrenches.
  • Hearing: ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
  • Lifting and carrying: move materials up to 75+pounds with proper equipment or assistance.
  • Sitting or standing: extended periods.
  • Temperature and humidity: occasional exposure to warehouse environments with fluctuations.
  • Walking: extended periods.
Hourly Range

The hourly range for this position is $21–$23. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of non‑discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
