What you’ll do:

• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy.
• Operate forklift safely following company standards; pick up, move, place and position merchandise pallets.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners.
• Receive stock and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow and maintaining required paperwork.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, offering guidance and support, assisting with self‑service technology, purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Maintain safety of the facility: conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, handle hazardous materials, correct and report unsafe situations.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation: zone the area, stock and rotate merchandise, remove damaged or outdated goods, set up displays, receive, sort, stage and deliver merchandise, and monitor shrink, security and safety risks.
• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, staged, and audited for accuracy.
• Handle inventory moves and displays; track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and report poor inventory practices.
• Operate and maintain forklifts safely; report unsafe conditions or practices.
• Proactively identify customers who need help, engage them with technology services, model and assist with technology, and identify shrink opportunities and problems to fix.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification; ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Retail experience.
• Experience supervising a team.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
