** Entry Level,*
* ** Associate, or Experienced*
* ** Procurement Agent
** to join our dynamic team in  
** Hazelwood, Missouri, Mesa, Arizona, or Ridley Park, Pennsylvania.*
* ** Position Responsibilities**   **- Entry Level 1**  **:*
* + Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

+ Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements

+ Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities

** Position Responsibilities**   **- Associate Level 2**  **:*
* + Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

+ Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements

+ Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements

+ Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

** Position Responsibilities**   **- Experienced Level 3**  **:*
* + Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies

+ Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions

+ Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements

+ Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management

+ Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

+ Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies

** This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.*
* ** Shift:*
* This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements.  
** To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.*
* ** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):*
* + More than 1 year of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

+ More than 1 year of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.

+ More than 1 year of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*
* + Bachelor's degree or higher

+ More than 3 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)

+ More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer

+ More than 3 years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts

** Associate Level 2:
** More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+  
** Experienced Level 3:
** More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

** Typical Education/

Experience:

** Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

** Associate Level 2** :
Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

** Experienced Level 3** :
Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
