**** Position Responsibilities – Entry Level 1:
*** Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
* Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
* Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities
** Position Responsibilities - Associate Level 2:
*** Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
* Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
* Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
* Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
** Position Responsibilities – Experienced Level 3:
*** Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
* Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions
* Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
* Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management
* Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
* Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies
** This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
**** Shift:
** This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
** To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
**** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
*** More than 1 year of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
* More than 1 year of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
* More than 1 year of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
*** Bachelor’s degree or higher
* More than 3 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
* More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
* More than 3 years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts
* ** Associate Level 2:
** More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* ** Experienced Level 3:
** More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
** Typical Education/

Experience:

**** Entry Level 1:
** Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
** Associate Level 2**:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
** Experienced Level 3**:
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
