Director, Labor Disruption Logistics

Responsibilities

• Create strategic oversight and execute logistics operations during labor disruption events.
• Direct and oversee concurrent logistics work streams (housing, travel, ground transportation, induction/orientation support).
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to eliminate silos and ensure unified delivery across all logistics channels.
• Build, lead, and develop high‑performing logistics teams; hold team members accountable for execution, outcomes, and adherence to SLAs.
• Lead logistics execution in fast‑paced, high‑risk, and time‑sensitive strike environments.
• Maintain real‑time visibility into logistics performance, proactively addressing disruptions, delays, or risks.
• Identify logistics risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor vendor performance, service level adherence, and logistical KPIs; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide executive‑level updates on logistics readiness, risks, and performance.

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience within logistics management OR High School Diploma/GED plus 11-14 years of work experience within logistics management
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry
• Experience in managing operations during a strike event
