Responsibilities
- Ensure the supplier base is fully compliant with all applicable regulatory, legal, ethical, and company requirements
- Lead supplier data collection, documentation, and audit readiness required for government supply chain qualification
- Develop appropriate Supplier Due Diligence strategies, data points, and processes
- Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, KPIs, and dashboards
- Analyze supplier performance, cost structures, and operational data to identify efficiency opportunities
- 7 years of experience in supply chain or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain analytics, sourcing, procurement, and supplier relations
- Demonstrated skillset in Business Analytics Tools (Tableau, Sigma, Etc.)
- Demonstrated understanding of ERP and procurement databases
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
