Logistics Load Builder

• Build and coordinate outbound shipment loads to optimize transportation efficiency, inventory flow, and customer service.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate, compliant, verified, and processed within the appropriate systems.
• Coordinate transportation activities while ensuring customer delivery requirements are met accurately and on schedule.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and transportation partners to resolve issues and support cost-effective logistics operations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to improve service levels and shipment scheduling.
• Support the Dispatch team by expediting load scheduling and identifying opportunities to improve transportation efficiency.
• Analyze inventory levels and customer delivery requirements to support effective shipment planning.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service through timely and professional communication.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance logistics performance and operational efficiency.
• Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• College education preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain environment
• Transportation or trucking industry experience is preferred
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate inventory levels and customer delivery requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional email communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships across multiple departments
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to maintain regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance
