- Own strategic sourcing and supplier management across critical areas of our company
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Info Sec, Privacy, IT, Compliance, HR, and Facilities to lead sourcing processes
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage supplier performance
- Drive savings and cost avoidance while helping to build supplier agreements
- Build sourcing plans that translate business needs into the right supplier strategy, sourcing motion, and negotiation posture
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or a related field
- 3+ years owning Corporate Services categories such as Facilities/Real Estate, HR Services, Travel, Marketing Services, or Contingent Workforce
- Experience independently leading complex sourcing events end to end, including RFx, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution
- Strong business judgment and analytical rigor, including spend analysis, benchmarking, building business cases, and measuring savings/cost avoidance
- Deep understanding of source to contract and procure to pay practices
- Strong cross-functional partnership with teams such as Legal, Finance, Info Sec, Privacy, IT, and Compliance
