We combine style, performance, and quality to deliver functional and fashionable sportswear that empowers women. As the brand grows, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our operations from sourcing to fulfillment.
Role Overview :
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee Bombshell Sportswear's end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficient product flow from design through production and delivery. This role is critical in maintaining quality standards, optimizing costs, and supporting the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full supply chain lifecycle, including sourcing, production, inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment.
Develop production schedules and ensure manufacturing partners meet deadlines.
Forecast demand for new and core products, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers and factories, monitoring performance, lead times, and quality.
Coordinate logistics with warehouses and fulfillment operations to ensure timely deliveries.
Optimize shipping, distribution, and returns processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Identify supply chain bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
Track supply chain metrics and report performance to senior management.
Collaborate with design, merchandising, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
Support the scaling of operations and help adapt supply chain processes as the company grows.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, preferably in apparel, fashion, or consumer goods.
Experience managing vendors and production schedules.
Strong analytical skills for forecasting, inventory planning, and interpreting supply chain data.
Solid understanding of logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, and inventory management.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work on-site and coordinate across teams.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
