- Own demand planning for an assigned product category
- Manage demand forecasts at Sell-In and Sell-Thru levels
- Gather and analyze demand trends, channel data, demand signals, and replenishment triggers
- Create product-level demand plans for up to 18 months across North America
- Translate category supply chain strategy into demand and supply planning activities
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, sales, supply chain, and business partners
- Present demand plans, scenario analyses, actual performance, and inventory status
- Highlight risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions
- Maintain SKU-level demand plans using analytical, statistical, business intelligence, and AI-enabled planning tools
- Monitor inventory and take corrective and preventive actions to avoid shortages and excess or aging stock
- Provide performance summaries and fact-based root cause analyses
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand planning activities
- Support demand planning inputs into the S&OP process
- Manage product lifecycle transitions from NPI through EOL
- Develop and implement demand planning and forecasting processes and tools
- Support continuous improvement and next-generation planning capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
- Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or CPG is preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Advanced analytics and optimization techniques, particularly in MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Experience with planning systems is an advantage
- Experience with AI-enabled forecasting, demand sensing, planning, or analytics tools is preferred
- Experience participating in S&OP processes
- Ability to make decisions with uncertain or incomplete information
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability and strong ownership
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive attitude and high initiative
Expertise in demand planning and forecasting, utilizing advanced analytics and optimization techniques to drive effective supply chain strategies. Proficient in managing product lifecycle transitions and collaborating across departments to enhance planning processes and tools.
