What you'd do:
- Bridge internal sales and global planners to secure on-time product availability
- Develop SCM operational effectiveness using AOP KPIs, continuous improvement, and RPA
- Manage working capital, days of supply, scrap liability, and OTTP KPIs
- Review stocking strategy and monitor replenishment using historical demand and forecasts
- Create and manage lot-specific inter-company stock transfer orders
- Monitor availability readiness and provide revenue achievement insights
- Coordinate Korea distribution center stock transfers per daily MRP messages
- Approve site extension planning uploads to enable sales at Bioprocess Supply Center
- Join global inventory rebalancing programs to cut excess and obsolete stock
- Perform regular housekeeping to maintain and update planning parameters
- Support cross-functional process improvements optimizing Bioprocess Supply Center operations
- Hold a bachelor's degree with ten or more years supply chain experience
- Demonstrate strong ERP expertise in SAP, Oracle, or advanced planning tools
- Use Power BI, Excel, and SQL for advanced analytics and visualization
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and supply chain projects successfully
- Apply demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain analytics experience
- Show strong analytical skills, problem solving, and careful attention to detail
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally across matrix organizations
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and supply chain performance metrics
- Manage projects well while collaborating and building stakeholder consensus
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs and shifting priorities
- Bring people management experience leading supply chain teams
- Hold APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent supply chain certifications
- Add Six Sigma or Lean certification for process improvement work
- Offer regulated industry experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices
- Apply formal process improvement methodologies in prior supply chain roles
Hold a bachelor's degree with ten or more years supply chain experience
